Shakarakand Gobi is a vibrant twist on the classic Aloo Gobi — sweet potato standing in for regular potato, bringing natural sweetness and a richer depth of flavour alongside the cauliflower. The combination of amchur (dried mango powder) and warm spice gives it a beautiful sweet-sour balance that makes it completely its own dish. Made small batch in Australia with nothing added that doesn't need to be there.
